Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreed and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven-day period has passed.
  2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used it or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure that it is in proper condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear the full shipping costs and the cost of delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications set by the consumer, except for products with defects or products that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.
  2. If the product consists of video tapes, discs, CDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other literary works.
  4. If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s misuse or poor handling.
  5. If the contract relates to accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. If the contract relates to the purchase of software products downloaded عبر the internet.

Return Policy:

  1.
